Gethsemane...
It is my great pleasure to announce that last night, September 30th, 2007, the Vona song "Gethsemane" received its first commercial rock radio airplay. Denver's KTCL 93.3 FM was the lucky broadcaster.

Alright, so, Rivers has called me out on blog neglect. It's true. I'm a terrible blogger.
So what's my deal, man? Good question. Here's a breakdown of what's up.
Music:
Producing an E.P. for Vona, friends of mine from Denver.
Producing demo tracks for Alexander Webb, a singer-songwriter from Chicago.
Making a new album of my own material. The working title is god quit. You can hear a couple of simple demos here.
Writing songs for these people.
Movies/Writing:
Reading about dramatic theory (Mackendrick, Mamet), narrative structure (Tierno, Aristotle), cinematography (Malkiewicz).
Sketching out story ideas for my first short film.
Writing essays and short stories for these people.
Engineering:
Hanging with the Silicon Valley Crowd. (My company is Lirix, Inc.)
OK, there you have it. That's most of what I'm doing. Hit me.
